Jigsaw operates primarily as a local application on your mobile device.

No Account Creation: You do not need to register, create an account, or log in to play the Game.

No Gameplay Logs on Remote Servers: All your gameplay statistics, metrics (spatial delta, precision, focus resonance), theme selections, unlocked levels, and virtual gem balances are saved strictly locally on your device using encrypted sandbox storage. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

Although the Game itself does not collect or transmit your data, we integrate standard platform ecosystems to facilitate specific optional features. These third-party services process data under their own independent privacy policies:
A. App Store & In-App Purchases (IAP)
When you purchase digital tiers or gem packs (e.g., Espresso Sip, Double Latte VIP, or Mocha Feast Mastery), the payment processing is managed entirely by the Google Play Store (Android).
We receive only a local validation token from the platform system indicating that the purchase succeeded.
We do not collect or store your billing coordinates, credit card numbers, or transaction metadata.

B. Device Operating Systems
The operating system on your device (Android or iOS) may collect standard diagnostics, crash reports, or application usage data in an aggregated, anonymous format. This data is handled by Google or Apple to maintain system stability.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)
Because the Game does not collect, store, or share any personal information from any user (including children), Jigsaw is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a platform store has shared children's billing details with Google or Apple without consent during an in-app transaction, they should contact the respective store provider directly to request a refund and transaction removal.

We protect your local gameplay profile by saving all states, gems, and unlocks in the secure sandbox directory managed by the device OS. Because we do not upload or store any data on external servers, your data is as secure as your physical mobile device.
